I started in the Health & Fitness industry in 1991 as an instructor, and by 2001, I started Hosting Fitness Infomercials and short form commercials for products that were aired worldwide for retail distribution. At the time I was producing commercials and learning about DRTV marketing.
In 2006 I formed LoudmouthTV as a Direct Response Marketing Production Company, and had a blast with my amazing team. After ten BUSY years, I did a pivot into my On-Camera work. Recently, I came out of television retirement, shooting footage in India at The Bodhi Tree School, so that I can make an impactful fundraising piece & a Documentary exploring the topic of Purpose, Kindness & Compassion.
In my future, I would love to shoot content around these topics...I'm sick of reality TV that is simply "energetic puke"

I began representing Fitness Products live on HSN (Home Shopping Network in 2016, launching mega brand COPPERFIT & other major brands. Live TV is a challenge, a lot of fun and I loved being part of the HSN family until their merger with QVC and subsequent departure from the FL Headquarters.

Hosting Fitness Infomercials means dieting for weeks to get Abs!!! (These are the pre GLP-1 days! Now anyone can do it!!!)
Hosting shows is pivotal in helping Brand Identity and my work as a marketer made the transition to on-camera fairy simple!

This part of my work meant taking 23 hrs to write a script in isolation.. (PRE AI!!!) producing the shoots..Loved directing big crews! BUT... Editing til 4am to a deadline...
